Huffman does not have a refinery row. The calls from here are contractors who need a Houston fabricator and a crew that will show up on FM 2100 without treating the job like an outage on the Ship Channel. Grazco, LLC keeps the shop at 408 Northville St and sends welders east.
What we take in Huffman is field welding, repair, and the occasional flare, stack, or production skid — not a promise of a local Huffman office. If the piece can be hauled, it is built in Houston. If it cannot, the crew comes to the site.

Crews that drive to the site
Field installation welding covers piping tie-ins and steel erection when the Huffman job cannot come to the shop. The same people who fit it in Houston set it in the field.
Repair welding
Welding repair and contract welding are the usual Huffman request: a flange, a pipe that failed inspection, or a short shutdown window. Procedures stay with the Houston WPS file.
Flares and stacks when the site has them
When a Huffman or Lake Houston job includes a flare, stack, or thermal oxidizer, the field crew that welds the pipe can take that scope instead of adding another contractor.
Process spools that can be prefabricated are mechanical piping. Anything that is a vessel or a high-pressure bottle is pressure vessel fabrication. Both are welded under the welding procedures used on the rest of the shop's pipe.
