Turn-key shop fabrication and field installation covers structures, skids, and structural piping, including complex mitres and angles. Shop processes include punching, bending, shearing, rolling, galvanizing, and painting. Structural work also includes bolt removal and related steel field work.
Platforms, handrails, cage ladders, and grating
Custom platforms and handrails, cage ladders, and grating for platforms and stairs are everyday structural fabrication in this shop. We build the steel, then erect it, including the grating and rail that make a platform usable.
Rolled members and bent plate that feed those platforms are formed with the plate rolling and bending crew. Pipe supports that bolt to the steel are covered with mechanical piping.
