Welding is the core of Grazco, LLC. Precision welding services in this shop mean MIG and TIG, gas tungsten arc (GTAW, including heli-arc), GMAW, and submerged arc, in the bay and on contract schedules.
Sub-arc and heli-arc pipe welding is everyday work for Houston process piping. Procedure work includes ASME B31.1, B31.3, and B31.8. Field, mobile, and on-site crews take the same craft to the jobsite. 100% X-ray welds are available when specified.
Aluminum pipe and plate
Heli-arc and TIG welding of aluminum and stainless is done in Texas from this Houston shop — aluminum pipe, aluminum plate, and aluminum fabrication when the job is not a carbon-steel spool. There is no separate aluminum department. It runs on the same welding floor as stainless and carbon.
Stainless sheet and pipe that is not aluminum is on the stainless steel fabrication page. Alloy grades beyond 304 and 316 are on specialty alloys.
Welding repair and contract crews
Welding repair is quoted as its own scope when the part already exists: a flange, a nozzle, a flare, or a pipe that failed inspection. Contract welding puts our welders on the customer's schedule, in the shop or in the field.
Vessel and high-pressure weld repair is coordinated with pressure vessel welding and repair.
