Process piping and spool fabrication
Grazco, LLC is a Houston industrial pipe fabrication company. We fabricate and install cooling-tower piping, chill-water piping, and process piping, with in-house drawings so shop spools and field fit-up stay aligned.
Spool pipe welding covers stainless, carbon, chrome, and super alloys. ASME process piping spool pieces are welded to the code the customer specifies. GMAW and sub-arc are both in the shop, and 100% X-ray welds are available on B31.3 and B31.8 work when the specification calls for them. Certified X-ray TIG welding for pipe spool pieces is part of the same scope, not a separate contractor.

Pipe supports, shim blocks, and clamps
Adjustable shim blocks and pipe clamps are fabricated with the piping, not sourced as an afterthought. Hold-down and guide clamps can be galvanized, stainless, painted, or lined with FRP when the spec requires it. The same shop builds the shoes and supports that land with the spools.
Structural frames that carry those supports are on the structural steel page. Alloy clamps and laterals that are not carbon steel are quoted with specialty alloy welding.
Custom laterals and Y fittings
Custom laterals and Y fittings are built in stainless, duplex, and carbon steel when a catalog fitting will not meet the layout. We cut, fit, and weld them in the Houston shop so the spool arrives with the branch already in place.
