Production, platform, and process piping
Oil and gas process piping is a specialty of the Houston shop. Grazco, LLC fabricates and installs production-platform piping, flow-lines, carbon and alloy piping, and sub-sea piping for operators and engineering companies.
In-house pipe designers support layout and fabrication. Non-destructive testing is available, including X-ray. We work to ASME B31.1, B31.3, and B31.8 and can supply 100% X-ray welds when the spec calls for it.
Carbon, alloy, and the weld that has to pass N.D.T.
Carbon steel is the everyday material. Alloy work — chrome, stainless, and the specialty grades — is welded in the same shop and tracked to the procedure the customer specifies. See duplex and specialty alloy pipe welding when the line is not carbon.
High-pressure pipe that ties into a vessel or a production package is quoted with pressure vessel fabrication and repair and certified X-ray TIG, GMAW, and sub-arc welding.
