Willis calls are smaller and more often a repair than a capital project. Grazco, LLC does not pretend there is a Willis fabrication bay. Steel comes back to 408 Northville St in Houston, or a welder drives north when the part cannot move.
That is a different pattern from Conroe's service-company yards. If you are in Willis and the job is a broken guard, a pipe repair, or a short field weld-out, say so. We will not write it up as a platform package it is not.

Metal repair in the Houston shop
Steel fabrication and metal repair for Willis — plate, sheet, and miscellaneous steel — is done in Houston and sent back up I-45. Hauling the piece is usually cheaper than a field fit on a small repair.
Welding, including repair
Welding repair and pipe welding for Willis use the same TIG, GMAW, and sub-arc procedures as the Houston shop. X-ray is available when the specification asks for it.
Field work when the steel stays put
Field installation covers the Willis jobs that cannot be unbolted and hauled: tie-ins, erection, and on-site welding.
New process spools are still mechanical piping, even for a north-county site. Vessel repair is pressure vessel welding and repair. Both use the shop's welding procedures.
